Hope Sony mp3 players don't still use "SonicStage" software then... If so it'll make your hatred for iTunes pale into insignificance

I have one that looks like that in CHL's post. Generic mp3 player, no wierd s/w, great quality and 2/3rd the price of equivalent iPod! :))

The day off.
...your christmas rota out too then?
On call all day and christmas/boxing day/day after on nights cos 3 nurses leaving at once and I couldn't find anyone else to do it.
Still, in a very untypical display of generosity (mitigated by its behaviour for the rest of the year) our trust gives us silly (big) unsocial hours enbhancements for christmas (almost on a par with the hospitailty industry) so I will spend the proceeds on merino and cute bike kit for the kids.

I'm relief there's 3 people off on holiday that week, 2 of which are for days Xmas weekend. So looks like I'm getting that, we were given a second person with hols this year at Xmas which was nice, I did the honourable thing and did a draw to see who got it. Oh well I have self pride in knowing I did it fair, the third carried their holidays over from another station.
Still comes with the job but won't be easy now my kids are 3 and 6.
seriously? a tree? already?
December is fine to put a tree up.

A Spanking new RP23 is winging its way to me from the far east. I'll get the kids to wrap it up for me. Hopefully they wont moan so much this time as last year they had to wrap up some forks.

continuing the leatherman theme, I love mine it's great piece of kit, but I can't tell you which I have as in the 2/3 odd years I've had it, its been out maybe twice from the bottom of my bike bag... don't buy one thinking it be useful when biking.
for christmas, my company to realise that outsourceing IT will be an expensive mistake (for them and me), and a set of 20mm both thru U-turn Rev's would be nice, oh and a new Pro II to go with it, matching the rear rim.

Totally agree - in fact mine rarely even goes in my Camelbak. I tend to use it more around the house. For most (me included) they are an expensive boys toy. More a case of wanted than needed (I do love it though).
