A one piece tri suit for me.

Wear it under your wetsuit. Dries out in no time on the bike. Has a minimal ass pad so comfortable on the bike, but does not chaff on the run.

Works for me.

I tried the two piece (vest and tri shorts) put the top kept riding up over my beer gut. Have you tried wearing pants under cycling shorts? Chaff-tastic

Yeah I was wondering about that picture too. I think she may have been doing a duathlon as you wouldn’t swim in that getup and you wouldn’t waste 20 secs in transition sticking on some comfy shorts and a t-shirt after the swim.

I wear the 2 piece 2XU endurance stuff. It’s all black and the shorts are longer than most.

Oh, and no, you don’t have to wear a top for the swim, but I think you do for the rest for race numbering and the like.
