  • What cleats are these, and can anyone use them?

    Just sorting out spares box trying to make a complete bike computer (I can’t, anyone got one for buttons, I’m interested!), and I came across these.

    No idea why, where or what these have come from!

    Studs look like they belong on old Shimano AM51’s and the plates look like the plates that go inside Shimano shoes for the cleats to bolt to?

    Plates are sole protectors from Crank Bros pedals, IIRC.

    Studs look like those that came with my old Spesh BG shoes – kind of road shoes but with stud holes.

    Plates – no idea!
