    As it seems awful expensive at c.£35.

    Need to change the spider on a Middleburn RS7 chainset from a double to triple.

    Alternatively I may have to resort to a friendly bike mechanic and the infamous “pack of biscuits” technique.

    Look on ebay….a friend bought one recently for approx £7 delivered.

    I did it with circlip-pliers. I’m not sure I got the required torque when tightening, but it hasn’t fallen off or loosened in a couple of years use
