My company is offering the C2W scheme, with a closing date that is rapidly approaching, they have partnered with halfords to offer the scheme. I have contacted Halfords with a number of bikes which I would be keen on:

Salsa – El Mariachi
Surly – Karate Monkey
Mongoose – Teocali Comp
Kona – Ute
Specialized – FSR XC Comp
Charge – Duster Eight
Genesis – iOiD 2010

of which they have said that only two of them are under the £1000 limit, the Kona Ute and Surly KM, any other suggestions of what bike? …there is a theme in the bikes above (believe it or not) I would quite like a FS but don't want a boardman, I would also quite like another singlespeed but it would have to be a bit of a niche brand, available from halfords. The Kona Ute was a bit of an interesting one and I'm not sure how much I would use it? anyone got one?
