I will be turning 30 at the end of March next year, and fancy a wee holiday. On a bit of a budget, so not USA/Canada unless there's some stonking deals about.

Must be mountainbiking (no touring or roadie-ing) and must be dry! (or as dry as its going to get at that time of year).

    Suggestions, please!

Yeah I was thinking about that. Doug is used to be a 'local' to me, or so I've heard. Rides the same bike too 😀

His riding does look a little above my level though – Doug, care to soothe my fears of being taken down super-techy trails?!

Southern Spain should be lovely at that time of year.

There's lots of companies you can stay with and get guiding down there.

We are based on the coast in Southern Spain. March is a superb month for mountain biking down here, usually warm and sunny. Not expensive, with excellent singletrack and apres-bike.

Search out the White Room in the alps. Went this year and had a fantastic time. Stevo and Iona who run the chalet were brilliant and Steveo is a great guide. All food and beer is included, although we did eat at cafes most days at lunch time.

All in I think it was £500 each for the best riding I have ever experianced! This included van hire as we drove over, ferries, fuel, tolls, chalet, food & beer and lift passes. That was for 10 of us.

Hi Kit! We can do super-techy to be sure but there are also miles of trails that are more swoopy and fun. If you're happy on, say the GT red, then you'll find plenty here for a few weeks riding!

Another Hustler rider too, that'd be great! Are you a Glasgow local too? Give me a mail if you want and I can give you some more information.
