Have Solarstorm as main light, Maplin headtorch for helmet, but chanced upon a hardly-used RSP Asteri 3 rechargeable. Not blinding but seems very solidly built and good by itself for country lane blasts and camping torch. Charge lasts forever on low beam and ages on main. Well chuffed, well done RSP.

Have a Petzl e+Lite emergency head torch tucked in my bag. Hope to never have to use it and battery is supposed to last 10 years without use.

Been tucked away for 5 years and never given it a thought until just now.

I got some tiny Lezyne ones that are really good. They run on little 10p size batteries.

I run bar and helmet lights so, hopefully, the chance of both going down are very, very slim..

Mine is admittedly overkill, always seem to have a backup for my backups but have yet to carry a spare tube unless expeditioning 🙂

L&M Urban 700, bright enough to carry on the ride for an hour or so if my big light dies.
