If you had the choice between all three (no front mech) under the top tube with a non-stealth dropper, or all three on top of the down tube with a stealth dropper, what would you choose? I always like under the TT and down the seat stays, but this doesn’t lend itself to stealth routing. And you can sod off with your some one way and some the other, that’s not happening 🙂 . And probably neither is internal.

On top of the down tube – makes it easier / comfier to lift and handle the bike and is a neater solution imo.

Under top tube and non stealth reverb on my Soul – simple and works well.

Anthem has stealth dropper and internals – rattles all the time 🙁

Under the TT is a pain in the area, fouls clamping it in a stand, rubs with frame bags, you can’t carry a bike with cables there, and at some point you’ll want to carry it.

Roadie style, cable stops on the head tube, guide under the BB, small loop at the back. Full length outers work, but you can’t have friction if there’s no outer!
