    I’ve got a Maplin one that does individual charging and discharging and can be used in a car too.

    I cant remember exactly how much it cost but came with some rechargables as part of a pack so worked out very cheap. Maplin batteries are some of the best around too (well according to Which)

    I’ve had a BL-700 for a few years, highly recommended. Couple that with low loss batteries like Sanyo Eneloops (the only ones I now use/buy) and you’re laughing.
