Remember Raleigh ? well they are back and making some nice looking road and cyclocross bikes.

My 10yr old is now the proud owner of a Raleigh 26 Road performance in a glorious blue colour – two weeks time sees the start of her career as a cyclist, and we’re trying to source some cx type tyres as her initial sessions are off road.

Aside from Schwalbe CX Pro/Kenda Smallblock 8 – what other 26″ cyclocross tyres are out there for the weans….any clues ????

Good luck finding some. I have been racing Schwalbe CX Pros tubeless on Stans Crest. They are fine.

Didn’t Conti used to make a Cross Country in 1.5in?

Would be ideal if you can find some (I think they’re discontinued for lack of gnar)
