The last Blur LTc? (what I have)

Do you want 140mm to play in 160mm territory or a longer travel XC bike?

I have a burly build LTc. It’s perfect. Everyone who’s ridden it wants one. I’ll keep it until I kill it.

Mine is 34’s chain device 780mm bars and a Lev about 29lb
The missus 32’s some fancy bits and a Reverb about 27.5
There is weight in the wheels that could go and on some of the finishing kit.

    A big lot of awesome

Ibis Mojo SL-R? I really like mine. However in keeping with the theme mrs sweam2 has an LTc and thinks it is fantastic.

Is it me or does the animation on the bromley site for the liteville appear like the suspension could whack you in the nads if you fell off your seat going over a bump…unlikely…but possible?

After 18 months on my Liteville, my nuts are still well attached 🙂

    the way that the plate moves means it won’t;

    1) the bit that moves above the top tube is really right by the seat post so if you did fall off the front of the saddle you’d only really hit top tube.

    2) as soon as your weight is off the pedals the rocker will return to the position you see it photographed in and you’re also not going to get full compression without all your weight on the pedals and your bum well back.

I doubt you’ll get a lighter 140mm frame new for less money than the Mondraker Foxy, currently £999 at Merlin I think.

It’s a damn good frame too – long, low, slack and fast. Suits a smooth riding style and prefers to suck to the ground rather than get air all the time.

Just make sure the bolts are tight and add loctite if need be.

NOT 140mm, but still very capable for 120mm. light too

Turners are nice, but so are Trek Carbon Fuel EXs if you’re talking light 120mm frames…

Another Blur LTc vote. Mines got Revs, XT kit, Arch EX on Pro 2s and a KS dropper, its 29lb dead. Just a damn good fun all round mountain bike for everything from long XC rides to DH-orientated stuff. Also, since I’ve had it, I seem to be in the air a whole lot more than with any other bike I’ve had.

Vote for the Titus FTM Carbon.

Mines built up with 150mm Revs, Hope/Flow wheels and comes up around 27lbs!

£650 is too much for a frame?
Rules almost everything out does it not?

Wrecker it’s second hand I’m after? So £650 or less should buy a hell of a lot of frame?
