Ive just bought a new car with the plate R11 CEV – apparently it was for the owner’s wife a “V Rice”.

I dont want it. Anyone here called “V Rice” and want it for a the price of a tow bar?

I doubt you’ll sell it quickly.

Ebay would be the quickest place but probably won’t get much money. Other than that you’ll just have to list it with one of the plate companies.

Loads of places online. You’ld be surprised how little they go for nowadays. Once you’ve swapped your old plates back might not be worth it.

I rarely find private plates funny, but did see one on a Newish Porsche that read MR 5 1NCH.

Didn’t some bloke get a Cortina many moons ago that happened to have the plate ELV 1S then sold the plate for much more than the car could ever have been worth?
