One of these has just arrived for my son.
Obviously it will need charging and test flying to make sure it is all OK before he gets home from school.

Make sure you leave enough time to sweep up the bits and order him another one as well.

Try not to do what Mrs. S. did with my RC heli. She crashed it into a lit fireplace.

Don’t tell him you’ve got it, he’ll never know, it’ll save all the “sorry son but it won’t fly anymore cos’ you’ve broken it” speach/tantrum/sob/not going to bed syndrome.

Then when he’s asleep, provided it’s not passed your bedtime, go play with it, he’ll never know.

Does it have soldiers that drop out the back of it? If it does, does it drop 20 lads off and only collect back up 5? Like in real life?

If you paint it desert colours I’m sure it could be used sucessfully in Iran, they’re short of a few over there.

Whereas the rest of my day is buggered by the fact that in the 15 minutes I was out of the house this morning buying milk, the courier has left my new frame with the neighbours who promptly went out…..

Don’t fly it outdoors. Just. Don’t.

Unless you own a ladder and are happy on the roof….

Where might one purchase one of these?

I bought one, not dissimilar to that, our office is a converted barn, first flight the helicopter leapt 20 feet in the air, hit a roof beam & dropped like a stone to the hard floor – doh!

    Be careful

Maiden flight taken, no children or animals were hurt (one of the cats is in hiding as a result though!).

It seems much easier to fly than the single rotor model I he had before. I guess the increased weight increases stability.

and its still in one piece for when he gets home 😀

we may have another addition to our family on the weekend. We have compromised that I get a day out shopping on Saturday if he can buy a new little copter to play with in the house. He’s only allowed it though as long as it NEVER gets flown by my hair.

My mum’s banned me from flying my hekelopter in my own house, when she’s round. 😆

She’s not impressed with the tiny RC car I got given last week, either. 😳

I only nearly knocked her tea over..

    😀

Other day she said ‘and you are how old?’, as I excitedly ‘drove’ the car around the living room carpet.

Shooduv seen her face when she came round and I was laying out the Scalextric for when me mates came round later…. 😆
