    i spent the weekend riding my new bike 🙂

    Plan was BPW Saturday, Cwmcarn Sunday.

    Reality was second run down at BPW, over the bars on Cole Not Dole, arms too sore to continue riding (tried but couldn’t even manage Melted Welly), no riding Sunday either as arms no better, walk in centre yesterday, x-ray, suspected fractured elbow, waiting for orthapedic appointment for confirmation and prognosis…
