Cool – another believer in the Pitchs’ Eskar Control OE’s – I put them back on after trying a few others.

Thought I might have seen you at Innerleithen today RD?

And Rob – I suspect that Specialized could sell a lot more of their excellent tyres if they didn’t restrict the channel so much. I reckon they are often overlooked,

Might have seen you on Friday at Glentress (think i remember seeing someone in a top similar to that in the 4th piccy).

My first time up at GT (had been riding the Stanes all week with 3 other guys), really enjoyed it despite the wind and rain like you say! Weather looks a lot better on the Saturday… unfortunately I was doing a 12hr drive back to Cornwall that day!

It was actually about a 9-10 hr drive + a couple for swapping transport round in Morcombe and Exeter….still it was a LONG day!

I was riding an 08 black Trek Fuel EX8 (like yours I’ve seen u post on ere!) and was riding with a guy on a white Orange 5.

ah, there were loads of Trek fuels and 5’s so a bit difficult to narrow you down, testament to how good the bikes are though as so many have them those (i wasn’t riding mine though)
