Looking to get new lightweight Summer waterproof jacket – mainly for road use, commuting, longer runs etc.

any recommendations?

I've got a Montane jkt; v lightweight so maybe not that waterproof but tiny packed size. Great for showers and windproof and comes in a high viz yellow. They've changed it a bit since I bought one but I'd really recommend them. I also have a Gore bike jacket which is brilliant for winter but OTT the rest of the time.

very good so far used in the lakes – nice snug fit with long arms and packs small into its own little bag.. got it in white! nice and bright

would of got that cheaper altura jacket (pocket rocket), but sleeves were short on me
