how do you guys rate them? what are the leading ones for the winter? i had some sealskinz winter gloves in red (forget the model) about £30 and once it hammered it down the water absorbed in big time, rendering them useless, and whats more they are quite bulky so became heavy and cold 🙁 not impressed at all…

so are there any others out there that actually keep your hands completely dry and at least semi warm???!

I had some a couple of years ago (sadly lost one) that were backed in neoprene. Your hands still got damp but at least they were warm; that's what counts.

Think they were Gill ones – maybe a sailing thing???

I have some Altura winter gloves that're great, keep you warm and dry in the midst of Peak winter rides. Too warm if it's much above freezing though.

How about some proper Dry Gloves – probably too warm in most conditions though

I've got some Altura waterproof ones. It's like wearing oven gloves.
