Reading this, eating porridge, getting ready for a spin out on road bike. Round trip to Southport (from Bolton) – nice and flat. Had enough of hills.

Psych’ing myself up to go spend another day on wet n dry sanding the existing varnish in preparation for a lot of varnishing to all the cabin sides and coamings, tabernacle, skylight etc etc… At least it’ll be dry sanding after the first new coat…

Drinking coffee & listening to some beatboxing in the mediturainian biome at the Eden project, seen some flat landing previously & some breakdancing later.

Trying to keep the kids occupied at a+e after Mrs G got rushed into hospital 2 nights ago. 🙁

Beer in front of a huge roaring fire in my local as I’ve popped down to pay last nights tab off. (Left wallet in cycling clothes, d’oh!)

Scoffing a pork pie salad and large coffee in Prologue after a 22k trail run around Thuscross/Fewston/Swinsty reservoirs, conditions are clear but muddy and most of the snows gawn..

Lying on my bed, listening to footie on the radio and contemplating the fact that I have nothing to do for the rest of the day except hang out with my lads, play a bit of psvr and eat cheese on toast as the rain buckets down outside.
