Bit off topic, but can anyone recommend which brand of washing machine would be suitable for washing all those muddy mtb clothes?

I used to have a cheapish Indesit which did the job, but is there a better bet for about 300-400 notes?

You get what you pay for and for me its an LG steam Direct drive
See if you can find one new old stock for a touch more than your budget

We have an LG that is now 10 years in on kids and daily muddy outdoor kit from my job. Not missed a beat, just needs a new door seal as it has just nicked the bottom.

My cheapo Bosch has been doing fine for 8 years or so muddy kit, dog bedding etc etc never missed a beat.

Another LG user here. I like it because it says “DD” on the tub. 🙂

Great washing machine though to be fair. Quiet as a mouse too. But some of the cycles can take forever. Takes nice big loads. Bought online from John Lewis.

Been happy enough with Zanussi one’s myself (would have got an LG DD one but needed a washer /dryer).
