Our trusty hotpoint washing machine that’s 14 yrs young is being a naughty washing machine !

It’s used daily sometimes twice a day so it’s been well used

For the last week it won’t do the final spin on the cycle so have to turn dial manually at the end so clothes can be put on spin mode. All water is being pumped out so pump working ! Clothes are still wringing wet hence manually putting on final spin.

Any ideas ???? Circuit board gone mental ? Something simple ???

Ours was doing something similar. Guy came out and reset the electrical gubbins and it has been fine since. No idea how one would go about doing it though.

Check the crud filter, ours was full of mud and about 72p.
