Any washing machine experts on here? Ours is not taking conditioner from the drawer. There are 3 small jet holes above the tray which should shoot water and carry the conditioner into the drum but they must be blocked. Had it before and managed to clean them a bit using a length of gear cable but its not very effective. Does anyone have a good tip for doing this and also getting the black gunk out of the crevices within the drawer?
    Cheers

The draw should have a release tab so you can get it out to clean it.
You should then be able to get better access to the jet holes.

Failing that, take the top of it off. (After you’ve pulled the power.) and have a poke.

I stopped using conditioner years ago. Seemed broadly pointless and incompatible with far too many modern fabrics. Not much help, I know.

    The draw

    Argh!

Tried taking top off but can only see top surface of the water tunnel and have taken the draw(er) out.
Cougar-I know what you mean but the wifes parts are sensitive…..
