yes been on phone to them earlier for a hour then they said sorry where closed ring back tomoz good job i didnt break down on my 150 mile drive home mm thanks vodafone i will be leaving them tomoz
turned on and off four times remove sim and cleaned reset network settings

Try the SIM in a different phone?

micro sim carnt even buy a cheapy from asda

Much better than the woeful customer service I got after someone fraudulently accessed my Voda account, changed my address, tariff & ordered themselves a new phone……

I’m now with T-Mobile after the way they went about sorting that mess out….
