yes been on phone to them earlier for a hour then they said sorry where closed ring back tomoz good job i didnt break down on my 150 mile drive home mm thanks vodafone i will be leaving them tomoz

^^^ woah! If that is genuine, then I am impressed.
Much better than the woeful customer service I got after someone fraudulently accessed my Voda account, changed my address, tariff & ordered themselves a new phone......
I'm now with T-Mobile after the way they went about sorting that mess out....
