My in-laws have been veggie for year and have a few cookery books. When I was looking to buy a veggie cook book my mother in law recommended:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Leiths-Vegetable-Bible-Polly-Tyrer/dp/0747597898/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1237984671&sr=1-1

Its the one she often goes back to for recipes and ideas.

My veggie friend recommended Rose Elliot to me the other day, she has written quite a few.

i bought the world cafe book as i remember one of the places in byron saying they got many of their dishes from there…

not saying it will be the last book on the subject ill buy , but that depends on my cullinary skills with veg…. currys , chillis, and breads are where my skills currently lie ….
