    or lob it all in the curry sauce and boil it in that until its cooked?

    Courgettes, Cauliflower, spuds, onions, peas, some baby corn and a red pepper

    i always prefer it par boiled first – but don’t overcook…

    as suspected, just doing the spuds and cauli for a bit then lob it into the sauce with the pepper and courgette and found a few mushrooms too!

    boil water add pots and cauli (or not your choice on later)
    fry onions
    add peppers
    add courgettes
    add baby corn ( i like it crunchy bar boil or add sooner)
    add par bolied veg + peas add sauce
    warm = eat

    I am assuming it is a shop bought sauce here BTW
    building first set of wheels over easter …will be in touch

    Yep, I would recommend chick peas too. And instead of par-boiling, what about par-steaming, will keep the veg a bit cruchier
