That said it is a good read and pretty well balanced

That was a good read I agree but Vaughters observation that the 5 star meal and cocktail hour was the most important to many has not changed. These are the same people who will vote for McQuaid as Cookson is to straight and could mean an end to their snout troughing at cycle sports expense.
