    Your comments on the surgery, recovery time etc…and more importantly how long of the bike?

    My mate had it done last summer, about 10 days off the bike then gentle riding complete with compression tight on – we never took the piss out of him!!
    Full recovery was about 4 weeks, he's a tri-athlete so swimming took him the longest to get back to with incisions healing etc…

    mrs antigee had a couple done – was running again in a fortnight – though it was painful at the time recovery was pretty fast

    Cheers all – having both legs done, 2hr op and it should make me faster having the shaved legs look 😯
