I’m quite new to Sram stuff so this may sound a bit silly…

Just watched a video to install GXP converters on a Hope BB with Sram cranks.
Does the converter not upset the spacing of the cranks or is it negligible? And does the added thickness of the converter not cause the non drive side crank arm to have less axle to bolt onto?

Assuming you want to go from GXP to Hope – it just ‘shims’ the bearing unit, so no change to anything else. Works well.
