    just a quick one. if buying a used (secondhand) frame from states via ebay,am i liable for import duties vat etc etc…? cheers.

    Possibly, but if you get the seller to declare a value <£100 on the shipping docs it should be OK. Luck of the draw really. Also depends a bit on the courier being used.
