    Make a fireside wood store
    OK these are not old rims they are new ones waiting to be built up
    the 2 fat rims side by side work well for my logs but with some metal spacers bolted on to any old rims and a couple of coach bolts as legs to stop em rolling away

    I think they could look pretty good

    I’ve got a few old rims sitting around ready to be turned into clothes hangers when I get some spare time (bent spoke to make the hook and threaded in reverse through the eyelet). Like the Reynolds carbon one that was on here a few months ago…

    looks like the old adege about mechanics cars is true ….. aint you a flooringfitter to trade trout ?

    I like that idea with the rims….. Ill need to dig out some old wheels but i like it.

    I like that 40mpg. Thinking of building a low budget fat bike from my pile of frames, scrap wheels & spares box and a little help from an angle grinder and mig welder. Those are definitely the flavor of wheels that will be going on it.

    Back on the log topic it only needs 1 Fat rim so have doubled the storage

    2 old normal rims needed so will get down the lbs on the scrounge

    Joe they are from Robssons rims in Germany
    80 mm cheapo rims. 35. euros each and i have machined the cutouts
    will be doig the other one over the holidays
