I have a few of the Cree cheapy chinese lights such as the one below

I want better sealed battery packs but the ones I have claim to come with 1 x 8.4V 6400mAh battery packs. I don’t know if it matters if I get another pack that doesn’t match that spec? Would it just take longer to charge?

Getting a cheapy Chinese battery box and putting non-cheapy, branded, 6400mAh batteries in is a common approach. The boxes are sealed pretty well IME.
