So, my previous post got a little cross wired as I progressed from grease issues to ‘clunking’.

    Anyone any new ideas?

    Thanks

Is the front mech hitting the frame under full compression.

    Hi, no front mech.

I had the shock out, and airless, and cycled it through the travel. No contact or play anywhere

    Thanks though.

Has the shock been custom valved, theres sometimes a noise as the damping changes from compression to rebound.
