Being not very experienced at the moment in big bike tyres I need some help. At the moment I have a wide selection but can't seem to think of a good setup. The tyres I have are:

    2 Maxxis Minion DHF 2.35
    1 Maxxis Swampthing 2.35
1 Maxxis Highroller 2.5 but a bit bare

    Any thoughts appreciated

I like a high roller on the front and a minion DHF on the back. A lot of people run these the other way round but I find the High Roller gripper and the Minion faster rolling.

Minion/Minion would work fine, just not my favourite combo, found it a bit squirrelly and unpredictable.

Swampthing is only for when its wet.

    the 2.35 dhfs

bin the 2.5 HR and save the Swampthing to put on the front when the 'swampy' conditions return.

hmm, I do quite fancy a 2.5 on the front but the high roller is looking a bit bare, if I put the Minion on the back what would be a good option to buy for the front?

Personally I would put a high roller on the front. Don't get on with the minions on the front.
