Which ones for a road bike?

I know daft question, i have some plastic park tools ones for the mtb, didn’t think they would be an issue, got a flat on my road bike. Damn things too thick to get under the road tyre. So im after a pair for the roadie, any suggestions??

I just use steel levers on “plain” rims. If I’m on the bike with black rims then I carry one steel lever to get it started then use plastic to avoid damaging the finish.

This sort of thing Leversbut some are thinner than others so choose carefully.

My roadie has got steel rims, for the braking surface, but has mavic aksium wheels and matching tyres. Eventually got the tyre off at the road side, but it appears warped now ive refitted it.

Might pop into my local evans see if they have anything.

Crank brothers speed lever has always worked well for me, only use it for removing.

Lezyne Power lever, best levers I’ve used by miles- quite a thin hook so they get under easily and don’t need too much slack to work with.
