Bit of an urgent call for Tyne Valley MTB riders:

Tyne Valley MTB is supporting the BHS claim this ROW has been used by horse riders (on horses) and cyclists (on bikes) unhindered for at least 20 years. That means the landowner didn’t stop you and you saw no sign to say it was illegal. The claim will be made on Friday and EVERY User Evidence Form is vital. If successful, this ROW will become Bridleway for its full length not just 90% of it as is the case now.

The ROW in question is “Clarty Lane”, aka the Beaufront School Descent to Anick, near Hexham, here: http://tinyurl.com/qhv6ulj

The Claim form documents are on dropbox: http://tinyurl.com/ngrx36b

If you can, fill the form in and get it back to me (email in profile) before wednesday. And please share around with anyone else who may know of it.

And by the way, its the Tyne Valley MTB Club AGM tomorrow night for more news of local biking. 7:30am at Cafe Enna, Tyne Green.
