How do I send a message to someone that I'm following? Its not 'intuitive' 😕

you can Direct Message them but only if they follow you to.

Rapha fell foul of this on a comp this week and ended up askign peopel to email instead.

Just click on the Reply button under their name (though all your followers will see the message too)

the problem with the reply button is that everyone can see the answer to the question in the competition…

though if it's the Tredz Bikes competition then it doesn't really matter!

Other people would only see the answer if they were following you I think (if they were following the competition-setter they wouldn't see your message unless the competition-setter decided to forward it on (like Tredz are doing))

I won't know its worked until they tweet that they've received my entry I guess?
