    Moved house temporarily whilst we have some building work done. Moved phone line and ordered broadband from BT. Phone line started working in new house and hub from BT arrived. Come switch on day and they said – er sorry, the order was placed on the wrong system and we’ll have to re-order and you’ll have to wait 5 working days to get it.
    So I went grrrrr down the phone and then posted on twitter how sh1te BT are.

    @BTCare then sends me a message asking for details and 24 hours later after being fast tracked its all up and running 🙂

    Of course they should have got it right first time, but hats off to them for picking it up on Twitter and then sorting it sharpish.

    Oh and macthebike if anyone’s interested!
