    Its know its old news about his adventures, but I have just watched the 2 episodes about Sean Conway running the length of Britain and I really enjoyed it!

    Are their any other adventurers or tv programmes worth a watch? 🙂

    Free Ride – about two guys traveling through America with zero money. There is some mountain biking in Peru featured which looks a tad scary.
