will i die? assuming i can get the right seat angle and everthing is tight, is there any reason why not?
turn layback seatpost through 180 degrees
it'll be fine. just don't look at it;
I've tried it in the past but never been able to get the seat angle right. You'll not die but may become impotent, sterile and an object of derision
I have done it on my wifes bike. It was way to long for her so it has a layfore seatpost and a 40mm stem. combined with narrow bars and a 130mm fork on a 456 it has quite quick steering.
this reminds me of when a work mate bought a £50 bike off gumtree and asked me if it was ok to turn he stem round 180 degrees to face him so that the bike fitted. (Shortening the reach)
I told him he would be fine if he didnt go too fast.
