However as it’s not tube shaped I cannot post it recorded delivery even though it’s less than the stated maximum dimensions, it has to go parcel post, £12!

Anybody know why this is?

All this dispite the fact I sent a fork box last week recorded delivery.

I hate militant post office staff,

Tip, roll the box up in bubble wrap then wrap that in parcel paper, makes it more cylindrical innit.

Though I’ve posted parcels recorded before, never had an issue?
