Has anyone Any idea which size Tubeless kit I need for these wheels?

Looking at the joes no flats kit it seems to fall smack bang between the two?

Has anyone any experience fitting them and can point me in the right direction?

on my 717’s I just used stans narrow kit tape which wasn’t wide enough to completely cover the spoke holes so over wraped with insulation tape stuck in a valve out of an old tube and stuck some sealant in worked a treat.

I tried that, and BMX tubes, and it was fine as long as I didn’t try and go round corners, or run with less than about 40psi in each end.

When you say “narrow” do you mean the standard kit?

I did mine using the Stan’s standard kit. They’ve been fine so far – tyres are Specialised Ground Control 2Bliss.

Heat up your rim bead with a hairdryer and use narrow gorilla tape, start at the valve and lay one strip all the way round, work it well into the rim and bead with a tyre lever then with the wheel fitted to the bike (upside down of course) turn the wheel by hand and trim the excess gorilla tape from the rim bead socket with a sharp scalpel blade or stanley knife, make a small hole and fit tubeless valve, fit tyre, fill with fluid inflate and go ride feeling smug that the entire exercise has cost you less than £5 per wheel.

I’ve ran tubeless for over 12 years with the above method on many different rims.

I’ve got stans rim strips in my mavics. Tried the joes and it didn’t work. That was about 5yrs ago though, they may well have changed the design by now
