    Am I correct in saying they use the same pad as Shimano 525’s? Worn out the originals in 700 miles!

    yup, Shimano M525/M515 compatible

    the supplied pads are rather soft, from the TRP website – “Compound works well in dry conditions but may wear quickly in wet/muddy conditions”

    I assume my spyres take the same pads? Still on stock pads and they’ve worn rapidly in the winter filth.

    I have EBC sintered pads in my Spyres, and they squeal like a banshee in the wet. I’m going to try a set of Swissstop organics next.
