I was vaguely curious about these too.

I cancelled my account to that site – and my life is much better happier as a result. 😀

My rationale was:

* They cancelled three out of four items I ordered because of poor stock-keeping data
* The breached my privacy and that of other people by sharing order details inappropriately on email
* They screwed up delivery addresses
* Stuff takes bloody ages to come
* There were too many emails
* The offers simply aren’t good enough to make up for the general hassle factor.

Conversely I’ve had some great bargains off them 😀

I suspect stuff takes an age to arrive because that’s part of their business model. Get a ton of orders then buy bulk for the number you need.

I’ve also had lots of gear from them – never a problem.

As for the rucksacks, I’ve never seen them in the flesh but given the bargains on brands I do know, I would take a punt and just use the rerturns process if I wasn’t happy.

Aye druid, it’s only £4 to return (myhermes postage) but if only I could find a recommendation and the dimensions online it would make my choice easier.
