My youngest daughter has special needs, she suffered from lower body muscle tone which means she cannot ride without stabilisers on her bike,

She has now outgrown her Islabike Cnoc 16, which has been brilliant as its light and easy to pedal.

The only trikes I can find seem to cater for children than need Support or strapping to the trike, my little one does not fall into this category, so ideally would love something like the Cnoc but designed for older kids (8+) but still have stabilizers or 3 wheels?

Any trike bike advice would be welcome?

Go for something recumbent – much more stable, look cool rather than “special needs”.
