For sale I have a 19.5” (virtual) Trek Fuel EX8 in green and white (the best looking colours it came in). It’s complete with Cane Creek headset, Bontrager seat post and QR binder. It also includes the ABP rear QR. I'm just under 6'2" and the frame fitted me great.
All the bearings were replaced 2 months ago and the shock was serviced by Loco at the same time.
It has the usual cable rub and scuffs from a used frame. Most areas were heli taped when the frame was brand new so it has been well protected. The worst rub is under the top tube where it meets the seat tube. This was heli taped after. All cable outers are included with the frame and if you run them like they do on the Remedy, they don’t touch the frame anyway.
The frame has one small ding at the bottom of the down tube. I have taken the bike to my LBS to check it over and they said it was fine to use. I have used it several times since getting the ding and it’s not caused any problems. To cover this, and to stop it getting anymore, I made a carbon fibre guard to protect this area. It just bolts on to the down tube. There are no other dings on the frame and there are no cracks.
This is a great frame; the 120mm travel feels bottomless due to the floating rear end.
