I’m coming to the end of Peter Moore’s Vroom by the Sea (very good BTW) and was wondering what to get next.

    Any recommendations?

Tahir Shah for me atm (all good). Willaim Dalrymple, 9 lives, was good.

Read all of Peter Moore’s, Tim Moore’s and Tony Hawks’ too. Can’t get along with Bill Bryson despite several attempts.

Eric Newby, Bruce Chatwin, Kevin Andrews “Flight of Ikaros” (best ever travel book about Greece – sadly hard to find)
