    Sorry to bring up a done to death topic…

    2 weeks into ‘recovery’ since crashing and bruising my ribs and have continued training and this weekend see’s me racing… am I being an idiot should I just rest up no training or racing whatsoever? If I carry on training/racing am I causing more harm to my body or just causing the recovery process to be a little bit longer (if so then that against no training is a catch 22). By the way training doesn’t seem to be aggregating anything if it does I stop seem to cause more harm to my ribs in general day to day activities tbh.
