    Morning all,

recently read a few good books and beyond anything they are keeping me motivated with training and eating right.

Joe Friel – Cyclist training bible (great book for detail on many aspects of training)

Joe Friel – HR training (pretty heavy going but really useful if you are interested in hr training)

Chris Charmichael – Time crunched cyclist (love this, good for a read on maximizing some of your training)

Graeme Obree – The Obree Way ( a pleasant read if a little rudimental in methodology)

Matt Fitzgerald – 80/20 running (useful application of polarized training for cycling, really got me thinking about the amount of base/zone 2 I need to include in my programme)

Has anyone got any good recommendations of training books they’ve read? I would rather be reading this stuff (after training of course)in an evening than watching boxsets of Netflix rubbish!

    Cheers
