    Does anyone know if it is possible to drop a tracklog onto google earth and somehow create a gradient profile from the result? I have a tracklog where the altitude failed. Any help much appreciated.

    might be able to with http://ridewithgps.com/ .. i only use it for manual route planning, but the elevation stuff (and whole implementation) is really good
