    Does anyone have a link to DVLA/Goverment/SEPA/EP/highways agency websites (I have looked but not found anything yet, which states how much fuel your allowed to tow in a bunded bowser, without an operators license. I have been told in the past its 950 litres, but don't have any actual evidence of this.

    It is 950l. I couldn't tell you where thats written though! ADR regs probably.

    I think it's 2000 litres so long as you have the red flare burning on top of the cab to give other motorists warning.
