I’m considering a tow bar rack for transporting my fat bike. It only needs to carry 2 bikes. The Thule one on their website is over £400. I’m looking to spend a fair bit less than that. Would the more normally priced Thule ones take a fatty or are there others I should look at?

I got an aiston rack and the wheel hoops made for 4″ tyres.

Is it max 4″ then? I’ve got a 4.8 on the front

Call Dave cooper racks. I am sure he would mode a trials bike rack for you. Or trials bike rack may take 2 fat bikes. trials rack

No idea if he’s still making racks or not. The fat bike mounts were bought off another STWer rather than directly too. If he is still making racks I’m sure he could make 5″ ones, it’s only a slightly different sized hoop.

If you can find one secondhand then it’d be easy enough to get a welder to add bigger hoops.
